Stan Padgett, President
Stan directs the company strategic direction and is lead consultant in the areas of software development, business process engineering and complex data system design. Prior to DataSpring, Stan spent two decades at Harris Corporation leading projects for ranging from telemetry processors for satellites, a modem for the space shuttle and telephone signal converters for third-world satellite ground stations. Eventually he directed a department of 250 personnel and an $80 million budget for designing hardware/software based on UNIX. Stan Padgett holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University, Clemson, SC and a Masters from Harris/University of Florida.
Lars Johnson, Sr. Vice President
Lars is a lead consultant in the areas of business process engineering, strategic IT planning and custom application development. Prior to DataSpring, Lars managed large technology projects at Harris Corporation for clients such as Ingersoll Rand, NASA, IBM, Baxter Healthcare and General Electric. He performed as project architect for the space shuttle launch processing system and a General Motors decision support system. He has been awarded several domestic patents, publishes articles and speaks at industry conferences. Lars holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Chris Padgett, Vice President
Chris is a lead consultant providing custom software development and business process engineering. Prior to DataSpring Chris managed software projects in both the private and public sectors. Some projects include: design of human-interface software for GPS, data collection systems for space shuttle controls, a LAN interface for The New York Times and a high speed digital system processing algorithm for telescope tracking systems (for which she holds a patent). Chris holds a BA in mathematics from the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Business from Harris/University of Florida.
Kathy Johnson, Vice President
Kathy serves as project manager for major accounts requiring network implementation, system services, ERP applications and system level consulting, EDI development, implementation and support. With over two decades in systems and technology, Kathy applies strong expertise in the manufacturing and distribution vertical markets. Prior to DataSpring Kathy worked on MVS and VM system platforms specializing extensively in data and network security with leadership roles leading to responsibility for the Corporate Headquarters Information Systems Security group. Kathy holds a BS in Business Administration, with honors, from the Florida Institute of Technology.
John Fraysher, Vice President – Systems & Services
John is Dataspring’s executive in charge of all customer service and support. In this role John directs the computer\server network administration and support team as well as hardware/software purchasing. He also analyzes, manages, and evaluates information technology systems and operations for our clients. Prior to DataSpring, John did troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical coin sorters, automated cash dispensers, and data terminals for Wittenbach Business Systems. John Fraysher holds a BT in Information Systems from Charleston Southern University, Charleston, SC and an AS degree in Telecommunication Systems Management from Trident Technical College.
Jeffrey Brown, Director of Application Development
He started his career at Applied Industrial Automation writing Human Machine Interface(HMI) software for production environments. Upon joining DataSpring Jeffrey worked with a development team that produced several major solutions which focused on business process control, production integration to quality control, and CRM integration to ERP systems. Jeff has strong skills in Database design, development, and administration. He has been lead architect for several n-tier, high transaction, high performance applications. Jeffrey is a Charleston native and holds a degree in Computer Science from Clemson University with an emphasis on Human Factors.
Kim McLendon, Director of Business Solutions
Kim is Director for Microsoft Business Solutions including Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM. She also directs the InSite Monitoring Network Operations Center ensuring that contracted client networks receive optimal prevention and failure response services. Kim came to DataSpring after 20 years of running her own companies. She was President of Pinnacle 1, a national tax and bookkeeping franchisor with over 300 offices after operating her own accounting and tax practice. Owning her own computer software store, she was an internet trailblazer having programmed one of the first on-line shopping websites to be updated nightly by major national distributors. Kim graduated Cum Laude from Davidson College in Davidson, NC with a BA in Economics.
